inMotion team is hiring a Learning and Development Manager!
Established in 2017. inMotion company currently employs over 450 people and it's continuously expanding. Our core business is transport coordination on the US market.
We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to support the growth and development of our employees. As an L&D Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge.
Strong communication skills are essential in effectively guiding employees through their learning journey.
If you have experience working closely with people, and motivating them to realize their full potential, we would be thrilled to meet you.

Responsibilities:
- Executing training programs to our employees
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through training
- Introducing work systems and software to ne employees
- Motivating employees to fulfill their full potential
- Developing sales and negotiation skills of our employees
Knowledge and skills needed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Experience of working with people
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in spoken and written english
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness
