Role Description

We are looking for a Montažer Solarnih Panela to join our team in Tuzla. As a Montažer Solarnih Panela, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and wiring systems, maintaining and repairing solar equipment, and monitoring solar system performance. The role is full-time and hybrid, and will require work both on site and remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and construction work, with knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Experience in solar panel installation, wiring, and repair
• Experience in using common electrical tools, such as meters, drills, and saws
• Excellent physical condition, with the ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and work in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, follow instructions, and communicate effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work on weekends and outside normal business hours if necessary
